Every day, the challenge team 48 idea a different routine butt working abdomen, gluteus and legs What are they the top 3 body parts we want to have super toned and strong. For starters, how about we try these exercises for steel abs and a ten ass?

1. The scissors

Lying on your back with the lower backs glued to the floor we raise legs fully stretched and without supporting them we cross them above and below. Do you notice that abdominal how it works?

2. Criss-Cross crunches

Are those abdominal exercises in which when we do the abdominal flexion we carry the right elbow to meet the left knee and we alternate with carrying the left elbow with the right knee.

3. Iron with your elbows

4. Side plank
