Courtesy of some of the most trained gurus in Instagram, who are giving practicality and ingenuity lessons with their latest posts on the social network. We refer specifically to three fit girls: Kelsey Heenan, Krissy Cela Y Rachel John. Through their profiles we have achieved two things:

Organize a training routine short and intense to do on and with the help of the sofa based on the following six exercises.
1. Get on and off the sofa (and end in a deep squat). This exercise has no trick, as it involves climbing – first with one leg, then the other – on the sofa and lowering in the same way, ending in a (very) deep and open squat.

2. Lunge (with or without jump). Depending on the level we have – beginner, intermediate or advanced – we can adjust this exercise to our physical condition. It is about resting the instep of the foot on the edge of the furniture and going up and down, keeping the abdomen firm and preventing the knee from moving beyond the line of the foot. I mean, the lunge as usual but using the extra height of the sofa. Dare you jump
