Many women dream of having long, shiny, strong hair, and many times, straight. Although having such a hair depends a lot on genetics, we can also achieve it thanks to the way we take care of it and treat it.
That is why we have looked for some recipes of natural creams that will help you maintain healthy hair and help to brighten it.
1. Olive oil cream
Olive oil is perfect for our hair, and making this homemade cream will be very simple. You only need:
- 30 grams (90 ml) of olive oil
- 1 jasmine oil capsule
- 30 grams (90 ml) of a conditioner without ammonia (you can buy it at a drugstore)
Mix all the ingredients and your cream will be ready. Brush it on your hair after applying the shampoo, let it act for 20 minutes and rinse. Brush your hair as you normally do, but let it air dry, without using the dryer.
2. Coconut cream
This cream is made with some natural ingredients and very easy to acquire.
- Half fresh coconut
- 1 tablespoon ground oats
- 1 tablespoon of starch
- 1/2 cup milk
Add all ingredients, except starch, in a blender or processor and then pass the mixture through a strainer. Then dissolve the starch in a little water, put the mixture on the stove over low heat and add the dissolved starch and stir until a cream forms. Apply this cream and let it act on your hair for 25 minutes. Then wash your hair as you normally do, and let it dry without using the dryer.
Remember that although these creams will leave your hair soft and manageable, the lasting effect occurs when you are constant and apply them at least once a week.
