Can there be a more fun exercise that engages more and moves more parts of your body than dancing? On the YouTube channel and in some Instagram posts of Dovydas Veiverys You can find sessions adapted to children and less experts who want two things: to exercise and to laugh a lot. A little trick: the little ones love it but they also fill with energy so we do not recommend that you do buzz in the afternoon because they are quite excited.
5. I train at home, the whole family trains at home
This municipal sports center has created the Instagram account I Train at Home so that the whole family can move, be healthy and have fun together without having to go out. Every day they have different live classes from different fitness disciplines like Hiit, but in their feed you will also find sessions, many of them aimed at parents and children doing them together. They are easy, effective, and entertaining enough exercises for kids to feel like doing them often.
On the special occasion of Father's Day we propose a mini fitness session for you to do with your child / children. Duration 25 min. approx 1st joint movement 2nd aerobic work: 15sec / exercise and dec. 5 sec. between exercise (I repeat 3 times). 3rd Work Strength: Squats on the couch, 3 x 10 rep, 15 sec off. between series. Stride + collide 5, 2 x 10 rep, 10 sec. desc. between series. Run on site, 3 x 10 sec. Front + Side Raise, 3 x 20 sec, 10 sec. desc. between series. Backgrounds on sofa, 3 x 10 rep, 10 sec. desc. between series. Back Pull, 3 x 10 rep, 10 sec. desc. between series. Abd. roll, 3 x 10 rep, 10 sec. desc. between series.
